Imagine for a moment that La Chiara di Prumiano, our retreat villa in Tuscany, is a magical place that exists on many levels of reality. And that, as a magical being, you have access to all those levels during your stay. 
 
FREEDOM   
You can come in on day one, just wanting to have a holiday and take time away from stresses and routine.
 
FUN
On day two you are aware of having fun, enjoying great food, relaxing in the sun and meeting other wonderful people, enjoying the alchemy of co-creation.
 
CULTURE
Come day three and you are more open to the cultural heritage of Tuscany - wanting to explore the countryside and nearby towns. We will also take a day trip to the TUSCAN seaside and feel the breeze in our hair. 
 
LEARNING
On day four you may want to learn new things,  such as Tuscany cooking, sound alchemy or maybe enjoying yoga, breathing and mindfulness techniques.
 
REBIRTH
Then perhaps it dawns on you that you are developing a new knowing of yourself - and liking the you that is emerging. Re-birthing Light codes and transmissions will be available each day as we experience sound healing and other new energy technologies.
 
There are many entry levels to your Tuscany experience: these are some of them. We suggest that you open to all of it 
and whatever else suggests itself to you. Do so and you may be totally amazed by what you achieve!
