On the very first day of the retreat, soon after arrival at the villa, we come together to connect and have an energetic group orientation, honoring each other's visions & intentions for this mystical retreat week. MORNING

Yoga & Meditation Session 7:30-8:45 AM

EARLY & LATE AFTERNOON

Opportunities to learn to cook delicious Italian food (* small fee basis with chef)
Homemade delicious lunch in the rose garden time at 1:00 PM
Personal free time: 2 pm-4 pm (rejuvenating naps, strolls through fields, olive groves & vineyards, relaxing time after lunch (naps, scheduled massages, healing work, private healing & transformational sessions)

EARLY EVENING

mystical sunsets & full moon ceremony (optional: campfire sharing circle)
guided & silent meditations in the villa's private chapel

LATE EVENING

relaxing restorative yin yoga circles inside
guided yoga nidra & inner journeys 10 PM and on
mystical poetry readings & soul sharings
mystical talks and spontaneous teachings!
kitchen teas and cookies available for night owls 24/7!
